A note about the Libraries
Almost all Cape Cod and Islands libraries are members of CLAMS, an inter-library loan system. You can access CLAMS via the web at http://www.clamsnet.org/. Nearly all libraries can access the internet in non-graphical mode, many have graphical access to the net as well.
